Returns & Refunds Policy

Because coffee is a consumable product, we do not accept returns on opened or damaged items.

Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unopened and unused
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items
- Opened products
- Damaged products
- Any order requested for return more than 7 days after delivery
- Subscription orders that have already shipped

Incorrect Orders
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
